I had just graduated college, and was about to make the biggest commitment of my life to the person I love the most.
Would the day fly by? Would I get so caught in up in planning that I missed being present with my spouse?
Time after time, I've heard from couples who have those same concerns, which is why my process focuses on truly getting to know my couples, valuing their story , and aligning with their desire for adventure + emotion.
Your wedding day is a lifetime moment celebrating a lifetime kind of love. Be present. Cherish this moment.
Take in every emotion, feel the ground beneath your feet, and relive the best day with your favorite person all over again as the years go by.
Thankfully, our wedding day went smoothly, our photographer was invested with us every step of the way.
Whether it's a glance at wall art as I head out the door for date night or a look through our album, I can still remember the excitement and feel myself being present in that moment all over again.
I've been in your shoes
And I wish the same experience for every one of my couples.
That is why I do this.
She's my greatest blessing, my favorite adventure person, and my closest confidant.
But first, she was my best friend, and that has made all the difference.
There is no better example of synergy than within the structure of family.
Isn't it amazing how they know you best, and still love you the most?
When they say "it takes a village", they aren't kidding!!
I thank God for the blessing of my family every day.

Whether it's just a day trip to somewhere new or a week in the backcountry, God's beauty never ceases to amaze me.
(especially when i get to experience it with claire ebey)
Home depends on what I'm doing and who I'm with.
Whether it's where I grew up in the north Georgia mountains, a weekend Airbnb (when I'm not at a wedding), or Birmingham.
To me home isn't about where you live, but rather the people you do life with.
Whether we are talking Rocky Mountains, Arches, Canyonlands, or the Great Smokies, there is immense beauty across every single one of our National Parks.
10/10 would recommend investing in an annual park pass
leave no trace.
When I'm not behind a camera, I LOVE being behind a good book!
(or my kindle)
Whether it's about theology, business, or personal finance, you can bet I'll be reading it!
^ especially on rainy days with something baking in the oven.
